ValiGang is a creator platform providing tools for creators, brands, and audiences. Our services may include:
Aura creator pages
Essence creator analytics
Vine smart links and redirect tracking
Creator profiles
Creator discovery
Future creator tools and services
These services may change or expand over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use ValiGang.
By creating an account, you represent that:
The information you provide is accurate.
You have the authority to create the account.
You will comply with all applicable laws.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of your account.
Protecting your password.
All activity occurring under your account.
Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Creator Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload to ValiGang.
By submitting content, you grant ValiGang a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload any content you submit.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Violate any law or regulation.
Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Upload malicious software or code.
Attempt unauthorized access to ValiGang systems.
Interfere with the operation of the platform.
Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service without permission.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Submit fraudulent or misleading information.
6. Vine Smart Links
Vine links are designed to redirect visitors to destinations selected by creators.
Creators are solely responsible for the content and destinations linked through their Vine pages.
ValiGang reserves the right to disable or remove links that violate these Terms or applicable law.
7. Analytics
ValiGang may provide analytics through services such as Essence and Vine.
Analytics are provided for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability of analytics data.
8. Payments
Certain features may require payment.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
Subscription fees, if applicable, are billed according to the pricing presented at the time of purchase.
Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
9. Intellectual Property
ValiGang, including its branding, software, logos, graphics, and platform design, is owned by ValiGang or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the platform.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms.
Engage in fraud or abuse.
Create security risks.
Harm other users or the platform.
Are required to be removed by law.
You may stop using ValiGang at any time.
11. Third-Party Services
ValiGang may integrate with third-party services including payment processors, analytics providers, embedded media, and social platforms.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
ValiGang is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValiGang and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim relating to ValiGang shall not exceed the amount you paid to ValiGang during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), whichever is greater.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ValiGang and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the platform.
Your content.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.
15. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any portion of ValiGang at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of ValiGang after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes.
